How do we register to have a website connected to our Member Wizard?

In order to have a website which is integrated into your Member Wizard database you need to decide firstly how you wish us to manage the domain name hosting.

1. If you currently use organisation email addresses such as president@mydomain.org.au and wish to continue to do so or if you wish to keep your current domain hosting at its current location then we need to direct the URL for your website to the Member Wizard web host instead of wherever your current web site is hosted. Member Wizard's domain hosting does not provide email addresses. In this case we will provide your web management person with A Records which need to be entered in the DNS. This is a one off action. Once it is done you will keep your original domain host but we will be able to link Member Wizard to it.

2. If you do not use your organisation's domain name for emails and use instead say gmail for your emails we can move the hosting of the domain name over to Member Wizard's domain hosting platform. In this case we will need to liaise with your current web site manager to gain access to affect this change or if you have someone able to move domains we will give them instructions. 

How much does the Member Wizard web site package cost?

Setup Cost

There is a one off setup cost of $AU450 plus GST. This includes your first year hosting costs and support to get your website up and looking great.

Annual Cost

The annual cost is $AU150 plus GST and is separate from your Member Wizard database subscription charge.

Do I have to have a Member Wizard subscription to have the Member Wizard website?

If you do not have members as such and don't need a membership management package then you can still use the website.

We offer a free subscription to Member Wizard for organisations with less than 30 members. Just register for an account on our home page and you can set up your website and manage it through your free Member Wizard account. You will be charged only for the website. You can even enter organisational contacts in the database up to 30 in number at no charge which means authenticated access by others in your organisation can be provided.
