Below is a Contact Panel and a Google Maps Panel.
The address data is drawn from your Member Wizard Database (Settings/Organisation Details) and is set as 50% wide.
The Committee information is typed into a Table inserted into 50% wide Text panel below the Contact Form.
Below this are Picture Panels and Google Maps panels both set at 40% so they side side by side. The Google maps panel requires an address be entered.
Once a person fills in and submits the Contact form a message will be sent to the email address nominated in Settings/Organisation Details in your Member Wizard database.
If you wish to setup your own website connected to Member Wizard use this form to send us a request and we will be in touch with a link.
